Please note that hand-tufted carpets appear lighter or darker in color depending on the light and the direction in which the pile lies. In wool carpets, the fibers may become loose within the first few weeks of use; with daily use this decreases and lint formation is reduced. Blot small stains as quickly as possible with a damp cloth. Do not rub to prevent the stain from penetrating deeper into the fabric. On smooth floors, we recommend using carpet underlay. |
