VENUS VASE IN FLORAL

Tempered glass products are the main focus of the YAKUSH brand. Production is located in Lviv (Ukraine). Hut glass comes from the German word hutte - hut - a glass-blowing workshop. This unique technology was invented in Ukraine in the 15th century. The molten ball is blown through a tube. It is corrected with wooden bars, and tongs. The result is removed from the tube, put on an iron rod ("ponte") and continue processing. If necessary, the master opens the upper part or unfolds the lower part, pulls out, bends, and cuts viscous glass with the help of special tools. Thus, this technology gives new life to the debris.

A stylish collection of glass vases in the shape of a woman's body is inspired by the ancient figures of Venus and Tryplian goddesses. It is an ancient Slavic symbol of femininity, motherhood and fertility. They were depicted in the form of figurines made of clay, ceramics or stone, which were placed in houses and on grain fields to ensure abundance and harvest.
